Today is the birthday of e.e. cummings, a wonderful poet whose work I haven’t spent nearly enough time reading. I heard Garrison Keillor read “i like my body” on the radio today and was amazed by the simple beauty conveyed in such few words. The following doesn’t have anything to do with board games… I guess it falls into the “life, the universe, and everything” that I supposedly write about.
When one plays games, one quickly learns how they feel about losing. Some are immensely challenged, some become quickly accustomed to it, some just don’t care one way or the other.
