Last night I got together with my friends Adam & Elise for a lovely sushi dinner. After we finished stuffing our faces with tons of maki and nigiri sushi we opted to play a few games. We decided to play some light card games, so ended up getting Rat-a-Tat Cat and Quiddler to the table.

I’ve decided to start reading books on game creation and design, theory of play and fun, etc. One of the first books I have ordered on the subject has shown up today: Things We Think About Games by Will Hindmarch and Jeff Tidball.
My buddy Adam had a nice video camera around, so we did an impromptu recording of one of my favourite dexterity games: Villa Paletti.
